We ship worldwide from South Korea. Please allow 1-3 business days (exclude weekend and public holiday) to process your order. Arrival time may vary depending on your country, please expect delay due to COVID-19 flight restriction in some countries. Do not worry, we provide tracking number for you to check where your package is on its way to you.

We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance of the destination country. You will need to cover the ingoing customs cost or taxes should any be incurred in shipping to your destination.
EUROPEAN UNION (EU) VAT REGULATION
On 1st July 2021, the EU is making changes to its VAT rules. This will affect shipments to the EU, and those made between EU countries. The EU is removing the €22 VAT exemption for imports.
From July, VAT will be charged on imports to the EU regardless of value. This means the exemption for goods valued up to €22 no longer applies.
VAT will apply at the rate of the buyer’s country of residence. It is not the same for every EU country.
You will need to cover the ingoing customs cost or taxes should any be incurred in shipping to your destination.
Refund is not available.
Prior to sending out your order, all items are inspected and carefully hand-packed with secure packaging. However, should you receive a damage item, please dispatched to our warehouse within 14 days after you receive your package. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Any damage items will be replaced with same item. In case the items are sold out, your purchased will be refunded in store credit that you can use for exchange.
In case you change your mind and not satisfied with item you received, you may exchange your item for another size or color or another item entirely.
We only send exchange items by standard shipping service. In case standard shipping is not available in your country, we can not provide exchange service.
We are happy to accept return for exchange, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with tag and that is dispatched to our warehouse in South Korea within 14 days after you receive your package. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
All exchanges are based on stock availability. We offer maximum 1 exchange per order number.
We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
Sale items, Swimwears and Cosmetics can not be returned.
If the replacement item is more expensive than original item, you will need to purchase a gift card for the difference.
If the replacement item is less expensive than original item, the difference will not be refunded.
Late returns can not be accepted.
Items should be returned new, unworn and with tag still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
Delivery failures may happen for a variety of reasons including no access to the drop-off area, no consignee available at the address to receive the package, incorrect address detail, pandemic, or other barriers of delivery. Please reach out to the carrier in your country as soon as possible to reach a resolution before the package is returned to the sender or disposed. Keep in mind, initial shipping costs and re-shipping costs on refused or failed deliveries will be at the customer’s expense.
If the package is being returned to the sender and well received by the sender, we will process this as a return and will refund you for the items if your order qualifies. We will not reimburse shipping fees however for any orders that are returned to us.
We are not held responsible for any stolen package after your package is delivered successfully to your address.
We are not held responsible for attempting to intercept a package if delivery failed or was refused. It’s in your best interest to contact the facility that last had your item to see if you can get it before it’s returned to us or disposed.
